This 5-day workshop allows everyone to walk at their own pace. Exercises, time of sharing, silence, meditation, contact with nature, will lead us to become aware of what is essential to live in harmony with oneself and with others.
We currently live in a world in turmoil that is facing major changes. This generates a lot of stress and requires resilience. It is appropriate to take a break and strengthen our ability to live the moment in order to outsmart the mind, to be in the essential so that compassion is our true source of life.
